Yes. XAN can manage your day to day IT under a service agreement, support your existing internal team or take responsibility for specific systems and projects.
Can we use XAN only when we need help?
Yes. We also provide ad hoc support for defined issues and projects without an ongoing service agreement.
Does XAN provide on site IT support in Basel and Arlesheim?
Yes. XAN is based at uptownBasel in Arlesheim and provides both remote and on site support in the Basel region.
What happens when we switch to XAN?
We review your current environment, document important systems and access, identify open issues and risks, agree responsibilities and plan the transition to minimise disruption.

What are your service hours? Is 24/7 support available?
Our regular support hours are Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 12:00 and 13:00 to 17:30.
For clients who need support outside these hours, 24/7 availability can be arranged separately.
How is pricing determined?
It depends on what you need from us.
We first understand your setup and what you want XAN to take responsibility for. Then we provide a clear quote with the agreed scope and costs. If something changes along the way, we discuss it with you before adding extra work.

Yes. XAN provides cybersecurity training and data backup services. We agree the scope based on your environment and requirements.
